Crag Cottage - Keswick Self Catering
Crag Cottage is a pretty Lakeland character property located down a quiet cul-de-sac, 75 yards from Keswick town square. Our traditional two bed Lake District holiday cottage has been recently refurbished and is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, ideal for a couple, friends or small family. There is a small secluded patio garden with mature shrubs at the front of the cottage, ideal for enjoying an al fresco dinner, and there is the benefit of private parking at the rear of the property.
The cottage has been refurbished in a style which suits the property. There are all the mod cons and comforts expected in a high quality holiday cottage - flat screen tv, dvd, central heating, comfortable beds - but also some nice traditional aspects such as handmade oak shelving and a woodburning stove.
Keswick is a lovely town with beautiful parks, good shopping, quality restaurants, an amazing theatre, stunning scenery and much more. The main town square is centred around the famous Moot Hall, now the Keswick tourist information centre, and it holds a market on Thursday and Saturday. Many of the shops and restaurants surround the pedestrianised square and there is always something to do. Crag Cottage sits down a sleepy and quiet cul-de-sac about 150 yards from the Moot Hall.
Please be aware that there are two self catering properties called Crag Cottage in Keswick. Ours is very close to Keswick town square, has private parking and a patio garden, the other doesn't!
Crag Cottage and George Cottage are holiday cottages owned and maintained by a local couple.
Our cottages are completely non-smoking and unfortunately we don't accept pets.
